If it wasn't for the numerous confectionery brands out there, then where would we be?! Luckily, there's lots of great people out there creating superb and delicious confectionery for us all to enjoy. Making sweets is incredibly hard (we know, we used to make them many years ago!). There are lots of recipes to keep to as well as sourcing lots of ingredients and making sure that they are all combined at the right time!
